Record expenses from bank alert emails
Your bank emails you after every card payment or transfer. Connect your Gmail to Parnuan, and it turns those alerts into expense records for you, so you don't have to type them into LINE.
Supported banks
- K PLUS (Kasikorn Bank)
- Krungthai NEXT (Krungthai Bank)
How it works
- Open Parnuan settings, choose Gmail connection, tap Connect Google, and sign in with the Google account that receives your bank alerts.
- Google asks you to allow Parnuan to view your email. Google's screen describes the access in general terms. Parnuan gets read-only access and fetches only emails from supported bank senders.
- Parnuan looks only for alert emails from supported banks and creates an expense from each one, with the amount, date, and a category.
- Parnuan sends you a LINE message with the expenses it recorded, after each check or once a day.
- You can see, edit, and delete these expenses like any other expense.
- It starts from the day you connect. Older emails are not imported.
- If Parnuan can't read an alert, it skips it, so record that one yourself.
What Parnuan reads, and what it doesn't
- It reads your Google email address, name, profile picture, and account ID, and bank alert emails from supported bank senders.
- It does not read any other email.
- It never sends, deletes, or changes your email.
- It does not keep the raw email.
- It sends only the transaction description, amount, and date to an AI provider to choose a category.
- It never uses your email data for ads, never sells it, and never uses it to decide credit or lending.
- Neither Parnuan nor its AI providers use your email data to train AI models.
Disconnecting
Disconnect any time in Parnuan settings. Parnuan revokes its access at Google, deletes its stored refresh token, and stops reading your email. Expenses already created stay until you delete them or delete your Parnuan account. Your Google email address, name, profile picture, account ID, and processing records stay linked to your Parnuan account until you delete it. To have them deleted sooner, email contact@parnuan.com.
Privacy
Parnuan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Google user data section of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy lists what we store, who we share it with, and how to delete it.
